What is your after hours policy?
AFTER-HOURS POLICY
There is always a physician on-call for existing patients by calling the office at
281-394-2390.
Calls are taken after-hours by our answering service.
We ask that this only be used for problems that cannot wait until the following morning.
We do not refill medications after hours or treat medical illness over the phone.
If you have a medical emergency after hours, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare. Please check with your plan prior to your visit. We will also confirm your insurance benefits prior to your scheduled office visit.
OFFICE CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU FEEL YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00.
